*These refund stipulations adhere to the Missouri Wolverines Youth Cheerleading Club for the 2024 season.

To request a refund of registration fees please send an email with the subject line "REFUND" and the Cheerleaders name, grade and Head Coaches name to [email protected]
 

The body of the email should state why you are withdrawing your cheerleader and arrangements must be made to return any uniforms and/or equipment before a refund can be issued.

Refund Checks can take up to 2 weeks to process depending on the time the refund in requested. You must request a refund and receive a confirmation

Before 7/1
90% refund of the total amount paid on behalf of the cheerleader. We do not give 100% fee because once you register there is administrative tasks peformed which incur costs. Refund excludes any credit card processing fees the organization incurred as those cannot be refunded.

Between 7/1 and the First Day of Practice
75% refund of the total amount paid on behalf of the cheerleader. Refund excludes any credit card processing fees the organization incurred as those cannot be refunded.

From First Day of Practice to the 08/23
50% refund of the total amount paid on behalf of the cheerleader. Refund excludes any credit card processing fees the organization incurred as those cannot be refunded.

No refunds will be issued after  08/23/2024, regardless of reason.

***NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNTIL ALL OF THE MISSOURI WOLVERINES EQUIPMENT THAT WAS ISSUED TO CHEERLEADER IS RETURNED.

***Also the Missouri Wolverines reserve the right to decline any refund if it is found that any of our gear was used to practice with any other team or organization.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY: You hereby understand and acknowledge that all civil disputes between the Missouri Wolverines Youth Organization Inc. and any and all affiliated parties will be subject to binding arbitration in the locale of the Missouri Wolverines Youth Organization Inc. Office in North Kansas City, Missouri in accordance with Missouri law under the guidelines and rules of the American Arbitration Association. As a participant within the Missouri Wolverines Youth Organization Inc. you hereby agree that this binding arbitration shall be in lieu of any litigation by and between yourself, Missouri Wolverines Youth Organization Inc. and any and all affiliated parties. You also understand and agree that if you contest any decision or ruling of the Missouri Wolverines Youth Organization Inc. and seek other recourse, that you will reimburse Missouri Wolverines Youth Organization Inc. for all legal fees and expenses it reasonably incurs.  If any portion of this form shall be deemed unenforceable or invalid, the reminder shall remain in full force and effect.

***REFUNDS ARE ONLY GIVEN FOR FEES... AT NO TIME WILL WE REFUND APPAREL OR MERCHANDISE THAT WAS PURCHASED.
